We are a game inspection station with a certified scale and we tag turkey, bear, and deer. Your game will be processed by one of our professional meat cutters who all cut meat for a living. We have many options available

to you including bulk and link sausage. Our flavors include: Sweet, Southern, Hot, Extra Hot, and our most popular, Garlic and Cheese. We also offer Teriyaki and BBQ marinating for your steak, and all of your meat will be vacuum sealed to preserve freshness and labeled according to the cut of meat.

Good Morning, Thanksgiving week is always a tough week for processing deer. Our cutters all work full time jobs as cutters elsewhere and they have very limited availability this week because of the holiday. Because our throughput is limited all spots have been filled for both today and tomorrow. As always if you can cut your deer but want to have us grind your burger or make sausage for you we are happy to accommodate! Thanks for understanding and Happy Thanksgiving!
