1️⃣ year ago we officially opened the doors to our Creamery! 🥳
It’s hard to believe what has all happened in the course of the past year! It has exceeded our wildest dreams and it doesn’t look like it’s slowing down anytime soon! Some days it feels like we’ve been doing this for 10 years and sometimes we hardly know what we’re doing. From not knowing how to make cheese or run any of our machines to now having a full line of cheeses, milk, and ice cream in many different locations and shipping across the US! It has been a journey and so much learning, growing, and trial & error. Most days are we just take it as it come, because while we supply you with all your dairy products, we still have a normal dairy farm to run, hay to bale & chop, calves to feed, cows to milk, and all other daily farm activities. So we continue to ask for your patience as we figure out schedules and deliveries!
We are so grateful for the opportunity to bring our customers farm fresh dairy full circle here on our farm from the milk for our cows! Of course with a new business it’s not always all fun & games and there have been many moments of questioning our life decisions, wondering why in the world we did this, product mess ups that we have to throw out, breakdowns, etc. But if there’s anything we’ve learned the past year is that when the Lord opens doors in unimaginable ways to serve, He will be right beside us, strengthening us every step of the way.

Seeing as how our chive & onion quark sells so fast - this morning we made a few 24oz containers!!
This particular flavor is probably the most versatile and is so delicious many different ways!
Such as -
👉🏼 cracker/pretzel dip
👉🏼 bagel/toast spread
👉🏼 on baked potato’s
👉🏼 in lasagna
👉🏼 in soups
👉🏼 a vegetable dip
👉🏼 stir into pasta recipes
👉🏼 anything with eggs

📣 OP Farmers Market goers- This is our schedule for August & September! We will be missing a few Wednesdays coming up as we harvest the years supply of corn silage and hay for our cows!🐮 And will also be taking off September 19 as we stay home to host an open house celebrate our ONE year anniversary since opening the creamery!!
We are so grateful for you all!!
