Here is a great example of a customer's Angus Quarter that was processed last month!

Three boxes of various high end steaks, brisket and ground beef will be a welcome addition to their freezer! Want to fill yours?

For Angus we charge $3.35 a pound hanging weight with halves weighing about 430 pounds ($1,440.50) and quarters weighing about 215 pounds ($720.25).

Processing (which is paid right to Miller's Meat Market) is roughly $370.00 for a half cow and $230.00 for a quarter cow.
