It’s time to celebrate barley w**e!

We’ll be opening at noon with 31 barley w**es pouring and 5 new bottle releases. Bottles will be available at noon both in person and online.

Double Barrel-aged Bombs Over Barley 16.4 abv
Aged in Frank August bourbon barrels and then Sazerac Rye barrels for a total of 29 months and 2 days

Double Barrel-aged Bombs Over Barley 17 abv
Aged in Russell’s Reserve bourbon barrels and then Russell’s Reserve rye barrels for a total of 29 months and 2 days

Bombs Over Barley 13.2 abv aged in Blanton’s bourbon for 16 months and 18 days.

Double Barrel-aged Big Bang 17.0 abv, aged in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels and then a second round of Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for a total of 24 months and 13 days

Double Barrel-aged Big Bang 16.0 abv, aged in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels and then Eagle Rare bourbon barrels 24 months amd 6 days.

Imperial pale ale with loads of strawberry and vanilla beans

Speakeasy Strawberry Basil Smash 7.8 abv
Fruit sour aged in bourbon barrels and finished with strawberry, basil, lemon, and brown sugar

Our first release for next weekend’s celebration of all things barleyw**e is a new version of Bombs Over Barley! This version of our English-style barleyw**e spent 16 months and 18 days in some lovely Blanton’s bourbon barrels. We’ll have bottles and draft available when we open on Saturday, August 15, at noon, along with 4 other new bottles and many more on draft.
