Hello fellow blueberry lovers! I hope 2026 has treated you well so far and you have been staying warm the past few months. And of course enjoying whatever blueberries you have stashed away!
2025 was our first official “open to the public” season, and I would like to compile a recipe book from guests that visited and picked berries with us in our inaugural year. I would like to also include any “tips” or “tricks” that you use in storing/handling/cooking or preserving them. I am hoping for a good response so I can compile something to send to all email subscribers, as well as our Facebook followers, as a small thank-you gesture for making this past season a great joy and success.
If you have a favorite recipe, or two, three…no limit…., or “tips/tricks”, I would love to hear from you!!! When the booklet is organized, I would like to include your first name and first initial of your last name next to the recipe, and where you live….for example, I would appear as “Tina B.-S**o, ME. If you don’t want your name to be listed, I could simply put “anonymous” if you prefer, but just let me know your preference.
You can send a typed copy to me, or even a picture of the recipe card, a pdf....whatever is easiest for you. Please either respond by email or send me a private message through Facebook. I’m hoping this is well received and many of you are able to respond. If this goes well, I may even be able to use some in a future handout and your recipe could become someone’s new favorite!
