Colossal tremors spread throughout the Hall of Echoes. Raw energy pours out of fractured stone as the archway crumbles into nothingness, drowning out the dying screams of the Witch in its quake. Holda stares beyond the veil of the Neverscope as its harlequin glow fades. Before the last stone falls, a Horde of Eyes stares back, unblinking, until she is engulfed in an all consuming dust.

Awakening Chaos. Hazy Pale Lager. 5.8%.
A juicy lager showcasing its potential in a world dominated by IPA. Mashed with a blend of North American Pilsner malt, oats, and wheat. Dry hopped considerably with Nectaron, Citra, Nelson, and Citra cryo. Hang loose with fat bowls of Kauai’i Electric and a bakers dozen of lilikoi cream filled malsadas.

The origins of the Plaguelords are traced back to an aspiring magus who bathed for too long in Aphotic Miasma. In his dark ascension he dispersed his umbral fragments, spreading an infectious malediction to propagate pestilence. Those afflicted are his legacy, infernal spawn forever entangled to his dark will.

Fellspring. Czech Dark Lager. 4.7%
A rich and luxurious lager inspired by the Tmavé pivo of Czechia. Mashed with a solid foundation of floor-malted Bohemian malts in addition to German caramel and carafa malts. Balanced with a touch of Czech Saaz, fermented cold and spunded for natural carbonation. Lagered colder in horizontal tanks until the darkness consumed us. Double chocolate brownies drizzled in caramelized cascara dunked in Brazilian espresso.

Unfathomed King. Cold IPA. 7% abv
A modern take on strong hoppy lager, brewed in a West Coast fashion. Mashed with a blend of some of our favorite pilsner malts from , Weyermann, and Gambrinus. A big dry hop with the unholy trinity of both T90 & Cryo Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe. Strong notes of lychee sorbet, candied grapefruit, and blueberry kush.

And so it was. United in divine purpose. The flow of Time, sculpted by Elements, embodied by Spirits within, and balanced by Death. As the eternal echoes of creation unfold, the Progenitors, weavers of the threads of existence, enter into everlasting slumber.

Progenitor. German-style Pils. 5.1%
A refreshingly crisp and aromatically charged southern-style Pils. Mashed with 100% Weyermann Pilsner malt. Generously hopped with late kettle and whirlpool additions of Mittelfrüh and Tettnanger. Natural carbonation captured by spunding and lagered until peak freshness in our horizontal tanks. Crispy sourdough loaves and fresh herbs spritzed with lemon.

From the cataclysmic end a new dawn rises. Infinitesimal expansion of the heavenly tempest rages for eons. As it subsides, nebulae of primordial matter condense, and from them bloom the deities that will shape new planes of existence from the surrounding quintessence.

Aether Storm
German Leichtbier. 3.3% abv
A pale and extra crushable German-style light lager. Mashed with an absurd blend of 6 different select Pilsner malts from , , and with a touch of Munich malt. Hopped exclusively with Hallertau Mittelfrüh for balance. Fermented cold and spunded for natural carbonation before lagering in our horizontal tanks until peak crispiness was achieved. The absolute crispiest beer in Sac and our most refreshing lager we’ve produced, of which provides a low-calorie option without sacrificing flavor.

Leichtbier is back and it is absolutely one of our favorites at 3.3% abv, a perfect Summer crusher!
