Weddings are so special. The weaving and unifying of love , lives and a new chapter of memories.
•
When we design a Grazing Tables for cocktail hour, there are details that come into play that seem small, but are huge at creating a harmonious experience.
•
A few examples that are intentionally thought out are:
•
•Will it be indoor or outdoor?
•What time of year will the wedding be held?
•What food will be served for dinner ?
•What is the color palette?
• Are there any allergies, restrictions or favorites you would like to see on a Grazing Table.
•
These questions allow us to curate the perfect complimentary cuisine that will reflect well within the season . Not only do we source seasonal and local food , we acknowledge the time of year. Will your table be outdoors in June? If so, the menu is approached with more aged cheese that can with stand the heat, & cool refreshing plates that can foster softer cheese.
•
We also plan to compliment not conflict with what is being served for dinner. Grilled Watermelon salad is lovely on a Grazing Table , but could easily flatten out the interest for your guest if something similar is on the menu.
•
The color floral palette is so important! How would it visually feel to be surrounded by soft creamy Peonies and fresh silver Eucalyptus, to only see a neon tropical arrangement on the Grazing Table. Eeish!
•
The newlyweds have a social explosion once the ceremony is finished.
They are greeted with Grazing Boxes at the Sweetheart Table to jump ahead & get a little food in before they have the space to go Grazing.
•
Lastly, we don’t want the party to end , and definitely don’t want anyone leaving hungry.
We will platter up the remaining food and leave togo boxes for you to sneak some snacks home.
