Our cakes are so delicious... With the cream cheese frosting or without.... Apple was the best... I did chunky sweet apples... They cooked but stayed a bit crunchy.... But then I tasted the Carrot... Another small step in the process complete.... Here it is!!!!! Plans Approved at the California Department of housing..... Insignia....

Next steps.... Need Health department to approve plans... At that point we can install all the equipment refrigerators ...shelves .... Sinks plumbing to the walls.... Then 2 physical inspections....

Then back to Business License Department... background check... Finger prints...

Good morning world.....

Update: we turned in our plans and application pack on the 8th of December to The Department of Housing. They Emailed me Friday to let me know that they reviewed my application and a package is going out today Monday December 20th... I don't know yet if my plans were approved or if I need to make changes? Hate the wait game...lol... After my plans are accepted they will schedule an appointment to do a physical inspection....

In the mean time we also turned in Health Department plans This Friday December 17th. Because we only have a 30 day window to complete this permit or repay the permit fee.... And one permit has tobe complete before the other....

This weekend Roger and I worked on some small I tems in the Trailer.... Finished up all the caulking. Door and window trim.... Today I get to start cleaning all the fridges... Ect...

Extremely excited!!!! Lots of work...

Today was great... Roger Munsterman s building skills passed with flying colors.... So proud of him/us we have worked so hard to finally see the light.... Both CHP and CHP commercial inspections.... The Boat trailer is officially registered to DMV as a concessions trailer... My 1968 $140.00 boat trailer....

First time driving her on the freeway!!!!

Next to work on Health department Inspection...

Kinda at a building stand still... Until we get approval from CHP...DMV...Health department.... And Insignia..... Workin...
