Come learn American-style mahjong or play a few games with fellow mahjong fans here in the tap room! If you’ve never touched a tile before - this afternoon is beginner & new player friendly. We’ll have an expert (Holly) on hand to teach the basics and help out as questions come up. If you already know the game, join in and enjoy some friendly rounds.

We’ll have three tables set up for four players each, so there’s room for 12 people to play at a time.

How it works: There’s no registration. Just show up! Seats are first come, first served, and the first 12 people to arrive will get a spot at the tables. If more than 12 people come, no worries. Folks can rotate in as seats open up, so everyone gets a chance to play.

Hungry? Bahay Kubo Food Truck - Home of the Filipino Bánh Mì™ will be on site, so you can grab a bite while you play or wait for your turn.

Thirsty? We have a selection of b**rs on tap at At Ease Brewing Co., as well as a seltzer & non-alcoholic options.

Is it Fall? It finally feels like it and that means it’s prime b**r time! Great b**r, excellent weather & lots of other perks to hangin’ out over here. This is what’s up this week:

Wednesday we are runnin’ with our Left Right Left Running Club club. We are going down to the Rose Garden, where the blooms are poppin’ off. We take off from here at 6:30 pm (ish). Paris Crepes will be here with a full menu of sweet and savory crepes. At 7, we’ve got DJ Bingo with Nick - we play four rounds and there are prizes in each round!

On Thursday, SweetMother101 is here serving up a full menu of eats! We have our weekly bar trivia with Think Tank’d Trivia at 6:30 pm. The game has 30 questions and topics cover a wide variety of subjects - its general knowledge- plus puzzles and music. All you have to do is assemble a team & come compete!

Friday, Bahay Kubo Food Truck - Home of the Filipino Bánh Mì™ are stopping thru with food options. We will be playing music trivia with Tune Platoon at 630 pm. Four rounds, various categories - it’s the ULTIMATE music knowledge test and a true challenge for music lovers!

On Saturday, we’ve got food with Bahay Kubo Food Truck - Home of the Filipino Bánh Mì™ starting at 2 pm. It’s arguably the best time of year for sports - we’ll have the college football & the playoff baseball (if needed) on the TVs. Sierra White | Watercolor Artist and Teacher is back with a Beginner Watercolor lesson. This month, we’re painting ghosts. Check the link in our bio, or hers, to sign up for this fun workshop.

Sunday, we’ll have football on the TVs! Rachel’s Pet Portraits is here with a PET portrait painting session. Sign up using the link in her bio - there are only a couple spots left! Grab a pint and pull up a chair, we’re hosting a Magic: The Gathering meetup at At Ease Brewing Co. Everyone from casual players to seasoned spellslingers are welcome to come hang out & play. We will be playing casual Commander style!

You can bring your own deck(s) or borrow from one of ours. This event is hosted and we’ll be here to get games going and answer questions — don’t worry if you’re new or coming solo.

The first 30 participants get a FREE booster pack from the new Reality Fracture set! We’re raffling off a custom At Ease Brewing Co. play mat and custom At Ease Brewing Co. card sleeves.

Our big Oktoberfest celebration might be over (thanks for coming out, supporting & partying with us!) but we’ve still got lots of German-styles b**rs to share and fun activities for the best time of the year for b**r-drinkin’.

OKTOBERFEST kicks off at noon on Saturday. We’ve got a commemorative keep-the-stein special - which you can start drinking from right when we open. We’ll have TWO new German-style b**rs on tap: a kolsch and a festbier. Plus, we are still pouring our dunklesbock and we’ve got a wheat b**r too. A full menu of German food (think pretzels + brats) will be available from The Sprig beginning at 1 pm. We’ve got our stein-holding competitions (there are rules!) at 2 pm and 6 pm. Live music with Ryan starts at 2 pm. We’ve added some other games into the mix this year - a pretzel toss at 4 pm and a table dart tourney at 7 pm. We hope you’ll join us for this one, PROST!

You’re probably going to want one of these b**r steins!

For this year’s Oktoberfest commemorative glassware, we leaned into German folk art & our love for California (quail & poppies). Commuter Industries thoughtfully designed what we think is one of our fave mugs ever.

They’ve got an 18 oz capacity and are ceramic with a handle. We’ll have them for sale starting right at noon on Saturday, Sept 19. Get yours- with a b**r- for keeps!
