Ok so I see you all need a quick little lesson on professionalism/basic manners...
When you’re contacting me for an order, of any sort. Please greet me. “Hi, how are you? I was wondering if I could place an order with you for blah blah blah.”
NOT: “I’m tryna get a order” or “can I get some cheesecake rolls”
If you have concerns about your order:
“Hello I am reaching out regarding the order I placed with you, blah blah.“
NOT: “are my rolls done” or “how long you gone take”
If you’re unsure of a price or would like to know what all I sell.. “Hello, do you have a price sheet?” Or “hello, do you have a menu I can check out?”
NOT: “what all you got?” Or “how much yo cobblers be?”
PLEASE stop coming at me incorrectly. I will gracefully skip over your inquiry without hesitation.
