The Banzito “BOMBA.”

32 ounces of ice-cold goodness, kept in ice until it’s time to shine. Dressed in our house-made chamoy, Tajín, and a fresh lime wedge.

And the newspaper? That’s our old school Mexicali koozie. No fancy sleeves needed. Just a little tradition straight from the streets of Mexicali, where part of our roots run deep.

Exclusive to Banzito’s Cantina. Opening and coming soon.

Introducing CANTINA SATURDAYS!

We’re bringing the Banzito’s truck to our new Cantina location every Saturday as we count down to the big opening.

Truck on site. Patio dining. Music. Crafted tacos. And since we’re in Auburn’s Entertainment District, grab a drink to-go from participating establishments and bring it on over.

Pull up, grab some tacos, kick back on the patio, listen to some music and get a little taste of what’s coming.

The Cantina itself isn’t open just yet, this is all happening outside with the truck and patio while we get the inside ready.

Consider it the pregame before the doors officially open.

CANTINA SATURDAYS. See you on the patio!

We wanted to share an important update with our Banzito’s family.

As of today, our residency at Knee Deep Brewing has officially come to an end.

We apologize for the late notice. Unfortunately, we were notified this afternoon, on the final day of our current residency, that we would not be moving forward together.

Over the last several weeks, we worked hard to find common ground and create a path forward that could work for everyone. Ultimately, we weren’t able to reach an arrangement that was sustainable for our business, and sometimes that means making the difficult decision to move forward in a different direction.

We’re incredibly grateful for our time at Knee Deep, for the opportunity they gave Banzito’s, and especially for every single person who came out, ordered tacos, brought friends, shared our posts, and supported us during our time there. We’ll always appreciate that chapter of our story.

This isn’t goodbye, it’s simply the end of one chapter.

Our focus now turns toward what’s next for Banzito’s, including getting our new Auburn home ready to welcome you.

If you’d like to book Banzito’s Taco Truck, feel free to reach out via email or DM.

Thank you for continuing to ride with us. We’re just getting started and much more exciting news to come.
