Welcome to Backwoods Fire & Grill!
We’re excited to have you here and grateful for your support as we begin this new adventure. We’d like to share a little about who we are and how Backwoods Fire & Grill came to be.
My name is Tommy Wilkerson, and I’ve always had a passion for cooking and bringing people together through great food. What started as cooking for my wife, Brooke, our daughter, Mia, and our family and friends has grown into a dream of serving our community.
In addition to Backwoods Fire & Grill, my wife and I are proud owners of Paradise Nutrition in McLean County. Through both businesses, our goal is simple: to serve quality products, build meaningful connections, and create a welcoming atmosphere where people feel at home.
At Backwoods Fire & Grill, you can expect flavorful, freshly prepared food made with care and a commitment to quality. We’re looking forward to sharing our food with you and will be offering a variety of menu items soon. Thank you for following along and supporting our journey!
