Ingredients
    •    Chose your package
    •    1 large cucumber
    •    1 large avocado
    •    3 lemons
    •    3 thumb-sized pieces fresh ginger

Directions:
    1. Divide the cucumber, avocado, lemons, and ginger evenly into thirds.
    2. Add one-third of the cucumber, avocado, lemon juice, and ginger to a blender along with a generous handful of Blend until completely smooth.
    3. Pour into a freezer-safe silicone mold.
    4. Freeze overnight, or until solid.

To use, add 1-2 cubes to your favorite smoothie for a bright lemon-ginger flavor and a boost of sprout-powered nutrition.
