✨ Hi friends, I realized it’s been a while since I introduced myself! ✨

I’m Dominique, the face and hands behind Nique’s Bites & Boards 🧀🥂. For the past 5 years, I’ve poured my heart into creating charcuterie boards, boxes, and grazing tables that bring people together. What started as a passion has grown into a craft I’m always perfecting—because food should be both beautiful and unforgettable.

When I’m not building boards, you’ll usually find me driving to UNR to visit our oldest or exploring a new restaurant.

We love making these perfect brunch boards. This beautiful board got delivered to after wedding brunch. Not pictured was the smoked salmon, sliced cucumbers, sliced red onions for loxs and bagels and vanilla Greek yogurt to make the parfaits.
