Game day snacks for the girls 🏈💅 Three easy, cute bites that’ll have everyone hovering around the snack table:
🥓 Pigs in a Date: sliced dates stuffed with cream cheese, a Little Smokie, and a sprinkle of chives
🥒 Pickle Pigs in a Blanket: crescent dough wrapped around cream cheese, a gherkin, and a Little Smokie, with fig jam for dipping
🌶️ Stuffed Mini Peppers: cream cheese and feta, served with olives and a balsamic and olive oil drizzle
Pop both pigs on the Traeger at 375° for about 15 minutes and you’re ready for kickoff. Grab everything you need at your neighborhood Raley’s.

Fall mornings were made for this 🍂☕
Pumpkin spice French toast with an espresso kick. Thick-cut challah, maple-pumpkin custard, golden griddle edges, and a cloud of whipped cream on top. Brunch is served.
Ingredients for ~2:
Custard:
• 3/4 cup whole milk
• 3 large eggs
• 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
• 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/2 tbsp espresso powder
• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1/8 tsp kosher salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
French Toast:
• 4 slices challah bread (1” thick)
• Butter & maple syrup for serving
Optional whipped cream:
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• ~1/3 cup powdered sugar
• 1/8 tsp vanilla paste (optional)
• Dust with espresso powder & pumpkin spice
Method:
1. Whisk all custard ingredients together in a baking dish.
2. Soak bread slices ~1 min per side.
3. Heat a skillet or griddle and grease with butter or neutral oil. Cook 3–4 min until golden brown, flip, and cook another ~3 min.
4. Serve with butter, maple syrup, a dollop of whipped cream, and a hot cup of coffee.

Applications are now open for the Captain Planet Foundation Project Learning Garden® Program. Eligible elementary schools near Raley’s, Bel Air, and Nob Hill Foods locations can apply for a garden package valued at $7,500, complete with garden beds, educational resources, and teacher support. Applications close October 30.
