We believe that NO 2 palates, people, families, lifestyles, or ideas are exactly alike- so why SETTLE for food prepared the same way. I also can create custom desserts for your events!! Thes

Bourgeois Berry is for the discerning client who demands only the ABSOLUTE BEST!! products are of the FINEST QUALITY CUSTOM ARTISAN products. For the BOURGEOIS BERRY- We USE ONLY THE HIGHEST QUALITY MATERIALS made available to us...ONLY ORGANIC , ONLY LONG STEMMED STRAWBERRIES, along with some of the worlds FINEST CHOCOLATE (Peter's, Valrhona, Ghirardelli etc) in which we encase these berries. Only the BEST of the BEST are used for these SPECIAL berries. We can even INJECT these berries or dust them with REAL 23k Gold or edible silver... ( just ask us for more details). These are our FINEST CREATIONS- hence why they are called BOURGEOIS BERRIES. Our other product line of strawberries is called A Berry Good Life- These berries are PERFECT for those special events where you want to experience custom strawberries. Rosemary-thyme Home fries:

russet potatoes, sweet potato and butternut squash with roasted red peppers, sauteed onions, yellow and green bell peppers, onions

Smoked salmon asparagus scrambled eggs:

smoked salmon, asparagus, cream cheese, scallions, parsley and cilantro

Orange glazed rolls

Bacon and fried mixed salami

Fresh oranges

And spice tea

Lawd!!!! Rolled rib eye, tostones topped with garlic shrimp, sauteed zucchini.... You need smell-and-taste-a-vision!!

When you have a taste for certain things.....I had to have everything you see!!

Escovitch style fish, sauteed long beans, steamed bean sprout salad and a tomato/cucumber/jicama/avocado and mango side salad...

Apple chicken sausage and home fries w sauteed apples, mushrooms & sweet onions w a roasted jalepeño for me...baby girl LOVES IT!!

Today's breakfast: 100% Vegan!

Sometimes I have no desire to eat meat of any kind.. today was one of those mornings.

Sauteed kale (from my garden) w hash browns (baby Yukon golds and (white) sweet potato) w leeks, jalepeno, onion and red and orange baby sweet peppers along with various herbs from my garden (english and lemon thyme, Thai and sweet basil parsley, hot and spicy oregano and rosemary.

When I tell you this was delcious... OMG!! NO MEAT NEEDED
