conference in Louisville was a booming success. More on that later, but great to see California spirits represented, and winning awards!

Today marked an important milestone in the work the has been doing to make permanent shipping of spirits here in California. Our own Alex Villicana of Re:Find Distillery testified today in front of the Senate G.O. Committee Informational Hearing in support of SB 620. He joined industry partners from Distilled Spirits Council of the United States, Kentucky Distillers Association, American Craft Spirits Assc., and the California Craft Brewers Association, as well as other California Artisanal Distillers Guild members, all expressing the vital role that DTC has played in preserving the spirits industry here in California. Echoing the background provided by the Wine Institute (California Wines), our message has been clear, DTC has been and will continue to be a safe, compliant, and consumer friendly way for Californian's who are 21 years of age and older, to purchase and receive their favorite alcoholic beverages. in the alcohol sector is our goal. Thank you to the committee members for hearing our message today. And thank you to Senator Ben Allen for leading this bill into the Senate.
