Had a dinner party planned on Sunday when Mother Nature decided to swoop in with heavy winds and rain. A power outage wasn't going to deter us so we turned a regular night into Candlelight Cribbage night. My oven is electric so the crab cakes appetizer became crab cocktail (thanks Michelle and Rob Shaw) and a couple of Dream Dinners items on a gas stovetop were key to make the dinner complete. After one round of cribbage and a few power surges later, the lights came back on just as dinner was served .... Korean BBQ Steaks and Fully Loaded Mashed Potatoes with extra glaze drizzled on top. Delicious!
