Eat Better was founded in January of 2013 when owners Byron Neville and Virgil Versoza decided that it was time to take their passion (more like an obsession...) Cooking with friends and sharing a meal is truly one of the greatest joys in life for these two. What makes that experience even better is being knowledgeable about the ingredients that are being used and being able to share that knowledg

e with friends. This dynamic creates a greater appreciation for dining, and an overall better dining experience for whoever is sitting at that table. Through pop-up events, recipes, videos and much more, Eat Better aims to deliver this philosophy in the most delicious way possible. I R CONFUSED. A: Eat Better is delicious. Eat Better is sharing. Eat Better is a damn good time. Eat Better is feeling really (really!) awesome about life. Eat Better is more than just a pop-up dinner at a random location. Eat Better is a lifestyle. To live better, you must Eat Better.
