It the BIG BOYS BREAKFAST...
Put on your Big Boy pants for this Audacious Breakfast
6oz -8oz of Angus tenderized Top round, best ever country gravy, 2 scrambled eggs topped with cheese, country potatoes, English muffins with butter& jam, (or) biscuits add .60 and fresh fruit
$14.75 per person

We are turning Meatless Monday into:
Majestic Meal Mondays
Fast, affordable, & healthy meals to start your week off right!
We started out with a baby spring salad with fresh ripe pear, broccoli, scallions, pumpkin seeds, walnuts & raspberry vinaigrette dressing & go ahead and enjoy that delicious glass of red wine!
next we have chicken, broccoli, & cheese pilaf
sautéed 3 chicken thigh, 5 cloves fresh garlic minced, & 1/2- 1 yellow onions in olive oil, then we add 1c par boiled brown rice & 1/2c vermicelli & brown, add water 3 1/2 c water & 1c non dairy creamer or milk & diced broccoli simmer for 15-20min.
add 1/2 to 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese (we used balsamic cheddar cheese)
add with 1/2c milk or cream
turn off heat cover and let stand 5 min...
stir well before serving....
add french garlic bread for a more hearty meal...
3,2,1.... ENJOY!
