Sometimes you get a little reminder of why you do what you do. 🥹🍞

Our friends at Vale Coffee Co. sent us this review they received, and we couldn’t help but smile. This customer had no idea who made the bread—he was simply enjoying his lunch and loved it enough to mention it.

There are a lot of early mornings, late nights, flour-covered clothes, and tired feet behind every delivery, so hearing that something we made helped make someone’s meal that memorable means more than you know.

We’re incredibly grateful to the local businesses that choose to serve our sourdough and trust us to be a small part of what they create.

And to the gentleman who called our bread “the most fresh and scrumptious bread ever”… you absolutely made our day. 🥹

Thank you, Vale Coffee Co. , for sharing this one with us. 💛

Pack an order with me… except the order is 35 loaves of bread. 🍞😂

From mixing and shaping, to scoring, baking, cooling and finally packaging the last loaf at 4 AM — this one was a labor of love. 🤎

35 loaves later and Vale Coffee Co. is officially Restocked with Sifted Flour & Co. goodness. ☕️🍞

Small bakery. BIG bread order. 💛

𝑨 𝑵𝒆𝒘 𝑪𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒍𝒆 𝑭𝒊𝒕 𝑭𝒐𝒓 𝑶𝒖𝒓 𝑸𝒖𝒆𝒆𝒏 ✨👑

Bertha has officially upgraded her royal residence 💛

After another night of bubbling over with ambition, our sourdough queen decided she deserved a castle worthy of her legendary rises… and honestly, we couldn’t disagree. 👑🫙

She may be beautiful, but don’t let the crown fool you…
this queen is responsible for:
✨ countless loaves
✨ sleepy bake nights
✨ flour-covered counters
✨ and a whole lot of bakery magic

Around here, every loaf starts with Bertha.

And if we’ve learned anything…
it’s to never underestimate a starter with big dreams. ✨
