What I Learned in My First 90 Days of Business 👑🍪

Ninety days ago, I officially launched The Royal Crave.

Since then, I’ve baked hundreds of cookies, met incredible customers, learned lessons I never expected, celebrated wins, made mistakes, and grown more than I imagined.

Here are a few things I’ve learned along the way:

✨ Consistency matters more than motivation.

✨ Marketing never stops. If people don’t know you exist, they can’t support you.

✨ Not every opportunity becomes an order immediately. Sometimes you plant seeds and watch them grow later.

✨ Timing matters. The right product at the wrong time can still be a missed opportunity.

✨ Comparison is a thief. Someone else’s chapter twenty has nothing to do with my chapter one.

✨ Mistakes are part of the process. Burned cookies, redesigning packaging, starting over, and learning what works have all helped me grow.

Most importantly, I’ve learned that every order represents trust.

Trust that I’ll show up.

Trust that I’ll deliver.

Trust that I’ll help make someone’s celebration a little sweeter.
