We bring guests together through warm hospitality and hands‑on winemaking experiences. At the moment we're documenting the journey we're taking in creating a fun outdoor environment for future visitors to enjoy vineyard, dog park, picnics, music, a micro winery with by appointment tastings, and occasional small private events. And now Friday we head to the 4th vineyard stop of harvesting! YAY!

Mourvedre is ready for picking!

We will pick and process the same day. Pick at Rancho Sereno, process at Red River Wines.

A portion of these grape's juice will be "saigneed" or bled off to make a portion of the annual Rose' blend we craft for The Vineyards at Rancho Sereno. Our 2024 version won us a Silver Medal at The Texas International Wine Compeition, so we've got goals for future vintages!

The saignée (bleed) method is a winemaking technique where a portion of pink juice is drained off a red wine fermentation tank early in the process. This dual-purpose method concentrates the remaining red wine by increasing the skin-to-juice ratio, while the bled-off juice is fermented separately to create a yummy rosé!

We've created 2 separate events here for Saturday, 8/15 and Sunday, 8/16. We'll start at 7am both mornings.

Many of you already know the drill and we love that. Come on back!
