Our quality control begins by first assembling the very best ingredients: the best quality fresh meats and all-natural spices. After carefully combining these, following family recipes, we smoke all our meat products with vintage hickory wood using formulas used by famous sausage makers in Europe for decade

We work hard all week long to get our homemade brats and sausages ready for our busiest time of year. So whether you’re enjoying Oktoberfest, watching the game with friends, or just want some delicious meats for dinner, come by and get everything you need in one spot. We are open Thursday through Saturday 9 am to 6 pm, as well ad the first Sunday of the month from 11 ap to 4:30 pm. See you then!

We bake fresh every day! Come get your strudel (rétes) in four different flavors: cherry, farmers cheese, apple, and poppyseed. Open 9am to 6pm every Thursday, Friday, Saturday (and the first Sunday of the month). 🥓
