One of our favorite things about cooking private dinners in the Hamptons is letting the season do the talking. 🌽🍅🌿

For a recent dinner party of 10, we plated these delicate cucumber ribbons with grilled local corn, farm stand cherry tomatoes, arugula, avocado, and a bright citrus vinaigrette.

Simple ingredients, thoughtfully prepared—and a salad that brought a little bit of summer to every place setting.

When you're hosting a bachelor party, you certainly can't go wrong with fresh steamed lobster (yes, cooked on site!) and perfectly grilled N.Y. strip steak. Add a few fun appetizers 🍤 and brown butter chocolate chip cookies 🍪 as dessert and everyone is happy 😋
