We have been MIA for a minute but we are trying to get back into the groove of things. We thought with school starting why not start the cooks back up! And boy do we have a good one for yall this Sunday!! With schools starting next week, we will be offering up a BACK TO SCHOOL SPECIAL!!

For 65$ we will have a family pack that will feed a family and have leftovers for dad/mom on Monday.

‼️Pickup will be Sunday from noon to 5pm in the 76179. ‼️

The special includes

1 rack of ribs
4 chopped brisket sandwiches
4 sausage links (jalapeño cheese this weekend)
And 4 sides

Pickles/sauce/jalapeños are included with all orders

If you are not trying to feed a small army, we will have everything à la carte

Also a protein box with all meats, 2 sides for 24$

Rack of ribs 28$

Sausage link 5$

Sides this weekend:

macaroni and cheese
ranch style beans

All BTSS will need to be preordered to ensure your spot. We will be taking preorders until Friday night. If you guys have any question feel free to send us a DM and we will get back at our earliest convenience. And if there’s something that you’d like to see on the menu we’re always open to suggestions. Burgers and brisket oh my. This Sunday we will be rocking our smash burgers, brisket, and pulled pork sandwiches!!

Burgers are double meat, double cheese, onions (optional) 8$ (plate 13$)
Brisket sandwiches 9$ (plate 14$)
Pulled pork sandwich 7$ (plate 12$)

Everything will be limited supply unless preordered. We will also be offering 2 side choices (Cole slaw and mac and cheese)

We will also have our cookie butter bonanza for dessert! Each one of those will be 4$

Pickup will be from 1pm to 5pm Sunday the 14th in the 76179.

Get your plates for the big fight this Saturday!!! Pickup from 4-7pm.

We will have brisket, sausage and Texas twinkies up for grabs!!! Twinkies will need to be preordered.

Twinkies are 5$ each
Brisket is 28$ lb
Sausages are 5.50$ each

1 meat plate 15.50$
2 meat 19$
3 meat 22.50$

Each plate comes with 2 sides!!

Sides this weekend will be corn casserole, charro beans, and Mac n cheese!

Brisket brisket brisket!! We are now taking preorders for Mother’s Day. We are only going to be offering whole briskets to keep my wife from having to raise a hand on Sunday.

If you would like to place an order for Mother’s Day pickup, we are requiring a 55$ deposit due by Thursday night. The remaining 100$ will be due on pickup Sunday afternoon. Total will be 155$ and briskets will be around 8/9lbs.

Briskets will include a side of sauce, pickles and jalapeños.

Once again thank you all for the continued support. And get the mother in your life some delicious smoked meats.

Brisket!! Sausage!! Burnt ends!!

We will have all 3 this Sunday (April 19)from noon to 5pm. They can be had individually or as a single (15$), double (18.50$)or triple (22$) meat plate. Each plate comes with 2 sides.

Sides this weekend will be Mac n cheese,potato salad and beans.
