Fresh, juicy blueberries are one of natures most nutritious snacks. They are full of antioxidants and just plain delicious! We also sell Michigan local honey and some blueberry products. Thsi is a seasonal business, our hours are open to change depending on fruit quantity and ripeness. Facebook has no way to designate seasonal changes, please call us before visiting.

Izabella’s Sweet Theory has baked up blueberry vanilla cake pops!! Do not miss these. We had a customer buy two, eat them on the way out, pull back up the driveway and buy four more cake pops and cookies! They said that they’re the best cake pops that they have ever tasted, hands down.

🫐 Blueberry Jam (Easy Canning Recipe)

🧂 Ingredients

4 cups crushed blueberries

4 cups granulated sugar

2 tbsp bottled lemon juice

1 package (1.75 oz / 49 g) powdered fruit pectin

🥣 Instructions

1. Wash and crush the blueberries.

2. In a large pot, combine the blueberries, lemon juice, and powdered pectin.

3. Bring the mixture to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly.

4. Add the sugar all at once and stir until dissolved.

5. Return to a full rolling boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

6. Remove from the heat and skim off any foam if needed.

7. Ladle the hot jam into sterilized canning jars, leaving ¼ inch (6 mm) headspace.

8. Remove air bubbles and wipe the jar rims clean.

9. Apply lids and screw bands until fingertip-tight.

10. Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes (adjust for altitude if needed).

11. Let the jars cool for 12–24 hours, then check that the lids have sealed.

🫙 Storage

Store sealed jars in a cool, dark place for up to 1 year.

Refrigerate after opening and use within 3–4 weeks.
