It's What You Keep It’s What You Keep LLC was started really by accident. Our youngest daughter was drinking about a gallon of milk a day so my hubby says “Let’s get a goat”.

At our small family farm, we are dedicated to providing your family with the cleanest, best-tasting raw goat milk products we possibly can at an affordable price. This business exploded from there. I made some cheese for the family and one of my daughters took some to a local party and shortly there after our neighbors starting screaming for cheese. We became licensed with the Idaho Raw Milk Prog

ram an August of 2012 and started selling out of the house and at the Sandpoint Farmer’s Market that August. We opened a consignment store on the Cedar St. Bridge that November that we were forced to close in October 2016. We are now back to selling at the farm with a new store under construction that will be opening soon. We have grown and now produce the largest number of goat cheese flavors from a single farm in the North Idaho area along with raw goat milk, kefir, farm fresh eggs along with duck eggs. I have 18 ducks, mostly Swedish Blues with a few Pekings, and a couple of other misc breeds. These birds are between 2 and 8 years of age. Some of the ladies are still laying. Downsizing as business has taken a drastic downturn and we can no longer afford to keep. For butcher or any use you have in mind. Must pick up.
