Jim's Deer Processing custom cuts, smoked sausage, fresh sausage, pastrami. We do not process in bulk. You get your own deer back. 24 hour drop off.

Due to other processors closing in the area, and to try to accommodate everyon we can. We will only allow 3 days to pick up your order. After 3 days there will be a 10 dollar a day fee.
