to when we used to hand top the onions in the field into burlap bags to dry. Today, we lift onions to dry in windrows before harvest. The onions are looking good and we are just a few short weeks away from lifting in preparation for harvest!

Ali has been hard at work in the excavator this summer working on something big! As we are prepping for harvest and complete finishing touches, we will post updates. Stay tuned for more, we can’t wait to see Kittleson Brothers potatoes and onions back on your plate soon!

It’s Mitchell County Fair time! We celebrated some first and lasts at the swine show this morning- Lydia (Adams sister and an employee) showed for her last year-as the fair queen, and this was Elle’s first year! Steve and Beth’s son Caleb also showed.

No vacation is complete without visiting farms! While it might not have been the kids’ first choice of activities, we thoroughly enjoyed visiting potato farmers in Idaho and Montana and an onion farmer in North Dakota!
