We are a 5th-generation family Angus cow-calf and ranch and finish feed yard with a direct-to-consumer beef supply chain.

Our premium beef comes from cattle we raise and are fed grain and forage that we grow. It's "quality control from seed to steak."

Yesterday marked the first time we had to "strongly encourage" the cows to come home from our BLM allotment. Normally, deep snow brings them home on their own. That was definitely not the case Jan 3, 2024.

For all the deer hunters out there, we left plenty of winter feed for next year's trophy!

In the days leading up to Christmas, we try to eat something Mary and Joseph might have. We call it our "Mary and Joseph dinner."

This year we had Israeli beef pot roast and it was seriously so good!

This girl's birthday goal was to ride every horse on the ranch -- the 2 and 3 year old colts excluded. She got pretty close. She has really blossomed as a rider this year and we have loved watching her grow!
