Part-Time Event Prep Assistant (Up to 5 Hours/Week to Start)
Location: Preferably near ZIP code 32092 (World Golf Village / St. Johns County area)
Pay: $16–$20/hour (based on experience)

Parsley Manor Events is a full-service event planning and design firm specializing in weddings, private events, and brand experiences. In addition to planning, we offer in-house embroidery, printing, and branding services—which means our prep process is hands-on, creative, and always evolving. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Event Prep Assistant to join our team in a very part-time role, with up to 5 hours per week to start, and potential for more hours as we grow.

What You’ll Do:
• Assist with event prep: packing bins, labeling, organizing supplies
• Prepare and organize materials like tablescapes, balloon décor, signage, and guest favors
• Help with embroidery/printing tasks such as tagging or organizing custom items
• Keep décor, inventory, and creative workspace areas tidy and efficient
• Run occasional local errands or pickups (if needed)
• In rare cases, support local event setup/breakdown (light lifting involved)

• Have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
• Are organized, dependable, and take initiative
• Can lift light to moderate-weight boxes
