A LITTLE TRUCK. A BIG DREAM. AND NOW…
a place to call home. ❤️🍕

I’ve been keeping a secret… and if you know me, you know how hard that is.

What started as a little red pizza truck, a wood-fired oven, and a crazy idea has grown into something I don’t think I could have imagined when we started.

We’ve cooked pizzas in driveways, parking lots, at markets, weddings, backyards, festivals, and some of the most beautiful venues in St. Augustine. We’ve met thousands of people along the way.

You’ve stood in line for our pizza, invited us into some of the biggest days of your lives, followed that little red truck all over town, and helped turn a tiny family business into something much bigger than a truck.

And now, that little truck finally has a home.

A tiny little pizza shop with a whole lot of personality — pizza, sandwiches, calzones, salads, Italian espresso and cannolis , and all the little things we love.

And don’t worry — the truck isn’t going anywhere.

We’ll still be at your weddings, parties, markets and events. We’re just putting down some roots, too.

There’s a lot of work to do between these keys and opening that window, and I’m going to take you along for all of it — the good decisions, the bad decisions, the paint, the tile, the permits, the mess and probably a few “WHAT DID I GET MYSELF INTO?” moments. 😂

But I can finally say it…

We’re coming home to 31 San Marco.

And I cannot wait to feed you there. ❤️🍕

This kid. ❤️🍕🏈

Kayden came to work with us when he was just a sophomore in high school—one of my son’s friends who started out simply cutting pizzas for us.

And now? He’s a full-on pizza guy. He can make the dough, stretch it, top it, work the oven and make the pizza from start to finish all on his own.

Watching his growth and progression over the years has been unbelievable. But what I love most is his dedication. He works hard. He listens. He learns. He shows up. And he just keeps getting better.

So it’s really no surprise that he now has six offers to play college football—and the offers just keep rolling in. 🏈

Kayden, we are SO damn proud of you. From cutting pizzas to making them, from a high school sophomore to a college-bound athlete… we’ve had a front-row seat watching you grow into the young man you are today , and what a privilege it’s been.

Keep going, You’ve earned every bit of what’s coming your way. ❤️🍕🏈

Change doesn’t happen by doing the same thing over and over again, hoping for a lucky break.

Real change begins the moment you’re willing to do something different.

Take the meeting.
Learn the new skill.
Make the call.
Take the risk.
Change the plan.

Growth isn’t about luck—it’s about having the courage to step outside of what’s comfortable.

If you want a different future, you have to be willing to create it.

It’s not pizza. It’s passion.

Anyone can buy a pizza oven.

Anyone can wrap a truck.

Anyone can try to recreate the look.

But you can’t fake passion.

You can’t fake the years spent perfecting your dough, obsessing over every ingredient, or the pride that goes into every pizza we serve.

Because in the end, people don’t come back for a gimmick.

They come back for quality.

And quality always begins with passion.

It’s not pizza. It’s passion. ❤️🍕
