ly harvested garden selections year round. These were the first of our goals when we discovered this new direction in sustainable gardening practices. The reasons we have chosen this speciality food garden of Microgreens as our path to prosperity are many, and are the result of many years discovering all that we can in an effort to grow healthy, Organic, chemical free, vegetables and herbs. Hi my name is Al, my partner Sherry and I have learned of many troubling obstacles in the way of successfully growing to harvest from unprotected gardens we attempted outdoors, an army of hungry insects, worms, critters like mice, moles and the like are harvesting regularly by night. Add that to the roaming chickens, squirrels, cardinals and ducks by day… well you get the picture, we found it to be quite difficult to successfully grow vegetables indeed. Our discoveries have lead way to this peaceful, practical growing space and we have learned of and developed a safe gardening procedure, that enables us to grow healthy organic chemical free life force foods safely, and free from pesticides or fungicides. This practice is in our Soul, and as such, will never waver. We soon offer these tasty greens to the residence of our Saint Augustine Community. Restaurants, Juice Bars, Juicers and Culinary Artisans are all welcome to order from our small garden located near the outlet mall & SR16. If you are looking for that decorative healthy addition to your creative nature and would like to add a powerful little flavor punch to your art, we have over 26 varieties planted and growing to find way to your special recipes
We are planting daily and would be delighted to grow selections of your choice if we don’t already have them in our menu. We will harvest to order in an effort to keep our greens fresh, or we can deliver your selections by the flat and you can harvest these delights yourself as you are ready for them, that’s as fresh as it can be. We will come to you with your order within 4 hours in most cases or you can arrange to pick it up at our home/garden space. Our quest is simply to offer our community a rotation of good wholesome locally grown organic culinary delights, and provide a home grown taste of choice for our creative Brothers and Sisters working magic in the heat of their own kitchens of originality.
