Food is medicine 💕
And the folks UF Health understand the assignment.
I spent a few hours at the Flagler (St Augustine) location, handing out free granola samples and talking healthy food.
There are thousands of people working hard to keep the hospital running: medical staff, admin, engineers, hospitality, cleaners,…and the crew that feeds them.
Shout out to Antoine, Kimmy, James, and the food service staff who make sure we get the food we want and the food we need.

The granola clusters are now available BACKSTAGE at the St Augustine Amphitheater.

Basically, snacks for the music legends and their crew 🤯 🙏

When I first moved to St Augustine, I had a job at the Amp, working backstage for the hospitality team.

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I would have a product that would be served there.
