Grilled Florida spiny lobster, basted in R&J Cowboy Butter, piled into a toasted brioche roll and finished with a homemade datil pepper aioli. Sweet, smoky, buttery, with that St. Augustine datil kick at the end 🔥

It’s been a crazy journey to get to this point. Thanks for all the support from everyone. From competitions to people asking for me to cater and ordering food from me to help keep the lights on using a small smoker. Thanks to people buying my seasonings that I was mixing in my kitchen and selling at craft fairs and thank you to the butcher shops for taking the chance on R&J seasonings and putting it on their shelves.
