We’ve seen some comments recently claiming that Loaded Tea Club is a scam or that we don’t refund customers. That is simply not true.
In the last 30 days alone we’ve processed over $10,000 in refunds for customers who didn’t want to wait. We even added a self-serve refund option so customers can request one without waiting on our support team.
Now let’s be fully transparent.
Loaded Tea Club is a small business that started last year. It is run by two people doing everything — production, packing, shipping, customer support, inventory, website, and emails.
What happened is simple:
We grew way faster than we were prepared for.
Demand exploded and we suddenly had thousands of orders, which created a backlog that we’ve been working nonstop to clear.
Yes — a lot of orders unfortunately took 2+ months to ship.
That’s not acceptable and we completely understand the frustration.
But we are fixing it.
We are now down to 4–6 week shipping times, and that number is continuing to improve as we increase production and catch up.
But calling this a scam is completely false.
We have shipped close to 100,000 Loaded Tea packets and have thousands of happy customers. Unfortunately, you rarely see the happy customers online — people usually only post when something goes wrong.
We are not a large corporation with a warehouse full of employees.
We are two people building this company from the ground up, working every day to fulfill every order and make things right.
