🎂🍹🍾
It’s that time of the year when we celebrate our cofounder, Brian, and his youngest son Owen’s birthday! Each Fall, in honor of Owen, we cook up a specialty cocktail inspired by what Owen is into at the time. This year, Owen turned 6️⃣ and wanted a cocktail with two of his favorite things…lime and salt!

Owen can pound a bag of potato chips, loves salted broccoli, and is always asking for freshly squeezed lime water (so boojie). Tasked with creating something other than a margarita, our crew came up with a salted maple bourbon sour cocktail to fit the season…and it’s delicious!

Check out this birthday cocktail in Roselle, St Charles, and the crew at Pollyanna Social in Lemont will whip something similar up for you!

Happy birthday Owen! 🥳

Cooler weather means hot coffee. ☕

We're busy roasting new coffee almost daily in-house out of Roselle so you can get through your daily grind. Stop by any location to grab a hot mug in house or take a bag to go!

Give Pollyanna Coffee Roasting a follow to keep up with what coffee antics we're up to.

🧨 Alarmist Flagships now available in cans across all four Pollyanna locations 🧨

Stop by Lemont, Roselle, St. Charles, or our cocktail bar Pollyanna Social to try the core three b**rs that Alarmist Brewing & Taproom has righteously nailed over the years.

For now, you'll find "Pantsless" Pale Ale and "Le Jus," a GABF Gold medal-winning Hazy IPA. "Crispy Boy" Pils is, well, still gettin' crispy in the tanks, but it'll be available shortly, too!

While we're getting into the thick of construction on our newest adventure up Northwest in Chicago, you can enjoy these brews at one of our current spots in the meantime.

Wanna name a b**r? Please comment ONLY on Orange & Brew’s post by clicking it below. We look forward to this tradition with our friends at O&B every year, they rule. If your name wins, you get to brew the b**r with us on October 23rd 👀

Please do not comment on this shared post, your name may get lost in the sauce. Comment on the original post, cheers! 🍊

We're ready for our next b**r-naming contest with our good friends at Pollyanna! It's our eighth annual chance for you to get your idea on a can of b**r, and be immortalized on Untappd forever! Are you creative enough to be the winner??

This year we're not telling you the b**r style! Your chance with a blank slate to come up with a whimsical, funny, or creative name for the b**r. Be sure to think of both Pollyanna and us. And one hint...we still haven't selected an "Orange you glad..." name, and don't expect this to be the year there's a breakthrough. 😁

You have until this upcoming Sunday, October 4th, to comment here with your idea. We’ll pick five finalists and let our fans vote for the winner.

Grand Prize will be a $75 Orange & Brew gift card, swag bag, an invitation to help us brew the b**r on the morning of Friday, October 23rd, and get a tour of Pollyanna’s Lemont Brewery. The other four finalists will each win a $25 Orange & Brew gift card and swag bag.

Disclaimer...you MUST comment on this post to be considered. Good luck!
