💛 I MISSED YOU THIS WEEKEND! 💛

If you were looking for Iowa Eats Well at the market Saturday or Sunday, I missed you too! 🥰

After selling most of my product at Valley Junction Farmers Market on Thursday and Fridays on the Farm in Cu***ng, I was pretty much starting from empty going into the weekend. I decided to skip Grimes Saturday after watching the weather forecast — and thankfully, the market ended up being canceled anyway! 🌧️

I also decided not to sign up for a Sunday market because I could see the rainy forecast coming.

So instead… I’m in PRODUCTION MODE! 👩‍🍳🔥

Today and tomorrow are all about baking, jamming and getting Iowa Eats Well fully restocked.

And I’m planning to come back this week with a FULL LINEUP of fresh bread, jam and pies for:

🍓 Thursday -Valley Junction Market
🍓 Friday - Fridays on the Farm Cu***ng
🍓 Saturday - Grimes Market
🍓 Sunday - Maxwell Maret

I’m working hard behind the scenes so I can fill those tables back up and hopefully send you home with all your favorites!

I had to hustle and picked peaches this afternoon before getting ready for tonight's Fridays on the farm in Cu***ng. Of course Shelby had to stand guard while I was up in the tree picking.

Market Update ❤️

I wanted to let everyone know that I won’t be at the Bondurant Farmers Market tonight.

I’ve been incredibly blessed to have sold out at the Iowa State Fair and at my last couple of markets! 🥰 While that’s an amazing problem to have, it also means I need a little time to get back in the kitchen and make more of your favorites.

So I’m taking tonight off to bake, make, and restock so I can be ready for you at the next one!

Thank you all so much for keeping Iowa Eats Well so busy. Your support truly means everything to me. ❤️

I haven’t been out to my Ankeny Community Garden plot in two weeks, so I was so happy to see how well everything is still growing and producing! 🌱🥒🍅

Here’s my harvest from today! It’s always such a good feeling to come back to the garden and see that everything is still thriving. 💚

I’d say the garden is doing pretty darn good! 🌻
