Harguth Show Cattle and Small Farms will be offering this Homedale Discovery cow on the MN State Shorthorn Sale this year. She is bred to the new Canadian herdsire here at Homedale, Glenford Compass 8e. We are super excited to see what this mating can do for her future owner. Well we brought home some calves today to give them there first rounds of shots. I would have to say Cumberland Lady has done it again. This calf is a half brother to the steer that was champion shorthorn for Owen Rozeboom at the Minnesota state fair and I believe this calf could be in the same spot if not better. If your looking for a shorthorn calf for next year you will not want to pass this one.

We had a great time seeing everyone at the Minnesota State Fair this past weekend. Summer has come to an end and we are excited to continue to watch our calf crop grow!
