Weā€™re excited to share that our butcher shop is going ā€œequal 2 processingā€ and expanding what we can offer our customers!

From custom processing to quality cuts and local meat, weā€™re here to provide the same great service and attention to quality youā€™ve come to expect from us.

Equal 2 processing will be able to provide our store with farm fresh local beef and pork. We are excited to offer this in our store. It also allows farmers to have meat processed under inspection and sell at local farmers markets or right out of your freezer.

Thank you for supporting our small business and trusting us with your meat processing needs. We truly appreciate every customer who walks through our doors!

I believe we have messaged everyone that has ordered ground beef so far. If you havenā€™t received a message please reach out to us if you havenā€™t received it.

Here is what we have left. Roughly about 75 bags to go to get that pallet sold out. Keep the orders coming in. We appreciate it.

Chicken Breast Boxes

It looks like weā€™ll have a good number of chicken breast boxes from orders that werenā€™t picked up. Iā€™ll be opening those up tomorrow morning and making them available on a first come, first serve basis.

Going forward, weā€™ll also be moving to a prepaid system for these specials. We always try to be reasonable and give people time to pick up their orders, but after several missed pickups, we want to make sure the people who order are able to get theirsā€”and that we arenā€™t left sitting on a large number of extra boxes.

Thanks for understanding and for helping us make the process work better for everyone!
