Cucumbers into Pickles
If you ever wanted to learn to can, but are to afraid, I would recommend starting with cucumbers. They are so very simple, plus with the amount of vinegar you use, it is impossible for botulism to grow.
And the best part is, you can use a large pot you already have in your kitchen. That’s right, you do not need a pressure canner.

In the past few months I’ve had a lot of people call with interest in purchasing donkey, which is terrific!!!!
The first thing most say is oh yeah, not a problem. I’ve owned a horse.
That’s terrific to have equine knowledge but, there’s a lot to learn before getting your first Donkey.
Donkeys require very little as far as maintenance.
~They are very social and need a companion, although, Sheep, Goats, horses, cows and other animals can be a companion to a Donkey, I would highly recommend having two Donkeys.
~Donkeys form friendship bonds, in pairs, but can also bond in groups of three or more

~You should be prepared for dedicating up to 30 years, possibly longer if you take on the responsibility of owning a Donkey?
