Check out this Nameko! These little mushies are a rare to find relative of our Chestnut mushrooms, and we're excited to see them coming in so beautifully! With their rich umami flavor, unique texture, and distinctive appearance, they make a great addition to Japanese miso soups, ramens, and stir-frys. Check out the blog post at the link in our bio to learn more about Nameko.

Incredible flavor and an awesome energy boost that lasted most of the day. You can check out our recipe for Hoisin-glazed cordyceps with black rice noodles at the link in our bio!
