The Pantowners St. Cloud Antique Auto Club is bringing a display of classic and vintage cars to our parking lot tomorrow, Tuesday, August 11, from 1–3 PM.

Here's how we celebrate birthdays at A Home for the Day:

🎉 We ask everyone: "What do you appreciate about this person?"
📝 We write it all down in our individual gratitude journals
🎂 We sing, light a candle, and share cupcakes or ice cream
📖 We read every kind word out loud — to them, in front of everyone
💛 They take home a printed copy to keep

For members living with dementia especially, this moment is powerful. They may not remember every detail of the day — but they feel the love in the room. And that feeling stays.

It's one of our favorite traditions.
