Osceola County’s Reigning Miss Rodeo Florida RaeLynne Kempfer Sets Her Sights on Miss Rodeo America Crown

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — Sixth-generation Osceola County rancher and reigning Miss Rodeo Florida RaeLynne Kempfer is saddling up for the next chapter of her rodeo journey after officially submitting her application to compete in the Miss Rodeo America Pageant in Las Vegas.

Kempfer announced the milestone with gratitude for the people, friendships and experiences that have shaped her journey.

“This year has truly been the opportunity of a lifetime, filled with memories, friendships, and experiences that I will carry with me forever,” Kempfer said. “I am so excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to see what Vegas has in store.”

Kempfer grew up showing livestock through 4-H, working alongside her family on its cattle operation and volunteering with the Osceola County Cattle Women’s Association. Those experiences strengthened her passion for agriculture, the beef industry and Florida’s ranching heritage.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and plans to continue her education.

Crowned Miss Silver Spurs in 2022, Kempfer now serves on the Miss Silver Spurs Pageant Committee, where she mentors contestants and gives back to the organization that helped shape her path in the rodeo community.

Her platform, Together We Shine, promotes inclusion for individuals with disabilities and special needs, reflecting her belief that rodeo and agriculture should welcome everyone.

With her application officially submitted, Kempfer is preparing to carry her family’s agricultural legacy, Osceola County community and the spirit of Florida rodeo to Las Vegas as she pursues the Miss Rodeo America crown.

We are excited to announce that this years sale will have Kempfer raised Charolais bulls for the very first time. They are going to be full 2 year old bulls developed in Alabama. We have been very pleased with how they have held up! They will add pounds to your calf crop and hold their shape to service your cows for years to come!

KCC 126 of 446-714 ET

Take advantage of this rare opportunity to purchase a Kempfer Cattle Company heifer. She comes from a long line of powerful top producing cows on both sides of her pedigree. Her dam, 714, started calving as a 2 year old and has been a stand out in our herd. She walks on perfect feet and legs, and has a beautiful udder. 714’s dam, 456, is still producing at 14 years old and is a granddaughter of our popular 250 cow.

126’s sire, KCC 446 is an extremely moderate, thick, easy fleshing bull that sires very productive females with great dispositions. He is also the maternal grandsire to our 708 bull. 446’s dam made it 15 years in our herd so there is plenty of longevity in this package.

A full mate to KCC 126 was the top selling bull in the 2024 annual sale purchased by Phil Drawdy.
