9 veggie cups — and every single guest
will reach for one first. 🥕

No meat. No board. No knife at the table.
Just fill a clear plastic cup with the
freshest vegetables you can find —
add a dip at the base —
and watch them disappear faster than
anything else on the table.

The rainbow dip cup alone will stop the room.

🧀 WHAT YOU NEED:
- Clear round plastic party cups
- Hummus + ranch dressing + tzatziki +
guacamole + fresh salsa + cream cheese
(base dips — one per cup style)
- Carrot sticks + celery + cucumber spears +
red and yellow pepper strips + radishes +
sugar snap peas + mini sweet peppers
- Cherry tomatoes + roasted beet cubes +
golden beets + edamame + red onion
- Mozzarella pearls + feta cubes +
goat cheese balls + stuffed green olives +
kalamata olives
- Fresh herbs — dill, basil, cilantro,
thyme, mint, chive, oregano, arugula
- Tortilla chips + pita chips + breadsticks
- Candied walnuts + sesame seeds
- Lime wedges + honey drizzle +
balsamic glaze + olive oil
- Gold toothpicks

⏱️ Time: 3 minutes per cup
