We will have two sides of our grass fed, responsibly raised Scottish Highland beef ready for pickup before Christmas. This is not your grandpas grass fed beef. We experienced hard down pours last night. Freshly seeded beds of carrots and greens are gone. Kale standing in water and it appears we may have lost our onion crop. Farming is a challenge. Fortunately we are resilient and will still have lots of produce today at the Nokimis Farmers Market and some golden treats from the forest.
