NOTICE:
The Saint Francis Mercantile Equity Exchange Board of Directors has established the following policy regarding monthly statements and payment procedures. At the end of each calendar month, all member accounts will be reviewed, and a detailed monthly statement will be prepared summarizing all transactions and charges incurred that month. This ensures members have a clear and accurate record of their account activity for the period.
Members are required to remit payment for the total amount due, as indicated on their monthly statement, by the last calendar day of the month immediately following the statement date. This payment window provides ample time for members to review their statements and address any questions or discrepancies prior to remittance.
Should payment in full not be received by the 10th day of the month following the payment due date, the member’s account will be suspended without further notice. During the suspension period, the member will not be permitted to incur additional charges or access services until the outstanding balance is paid in full. This policy is intended to maintain the financial integrity of the organization and ensure fairness to all members.
This policy will take effect following the April 30th, 2026 statement cycle.
