We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow at the open barn from 1:00-5:00!
With the amount of interest we have received by people planning to come to the barn tomorrow, and those that are unable to attend in person, we want to give everyone as fair of an opportunity as we can without having a live auction. We will take written or text bids until Sunday (the 15th) at 5:00 PM.
At the end of the open barn, we will reach out to those that expressed interest in each lot to see what your maximum bid is. You will have the option to let us know your maximum bid, stay at the minimum bid, or withdraw your interest in that lot if you have won another. You will have 5 minutes to respond to our message regarding your maximum bid. If there is a tie between bidders, we will reach out to only those tied bidders to determine if they are willing to increase their bid. If no one is willing to increase their bid, we will break the tie with a random selector app to determine the winning bid. We will then move to the next lot. Once confirmed, we will ask for a deposit of 25% of the final price for all animals to hold them until they are weaned.
If you have requested a price list, we will get it sent to you soon and will have copies at the barn for those attending.
