When we purchased this land in Panguitch we never knew how difficult it would be to turn this conventional sand pit into the most vibrant soil; the perfect soil in order to produce the finest Grass-Fed Beef! It's been about 15 years now and each year the soil gets better and better! . Each year we finish around 150 cows on these pastures to be sure they reach optimal levels of health and produce the finest most nutritous Grass-Fed Beef local to St. George, UT.
